Tax time planner for small business
Get ready. The new financial year is nearly here!

Presented by Mohamed Kandeil
Mohamed Kandeil is the voice behind Mr. Tax content, followed by thousands of accountants and business owners across the Emirates. He hosts the morning, leads the e-invoicing session, and answers your questions live alongside the MKCA advisory team.
Two clocks, and both are running.
Corporate tax comes first. The return and the payment fall on one and the same deadline — with no extensions, and even if no tax is owed.
Then e-invoicing. Larger businesses must issue structured invoices through a licensed provider, with SMEs following in a later phase. The firms that prepare now skip the penalties and the year-end scramble on both fronts.
Two deadlines, clearly explained.
Substantive, presentation-led, and built by a working advisory firm — not exam theory.
E-Invoicing — getting ready
- What actually changes: structured invoices through a licensed provider, and the end of PDFs.
- Which phase applies to you and your company.
- The one decision to make now — appointing an accredited provider.
Corporate Tax — the annual filing
- Who must file — including 0%, free-zone and small-business cases.
- How the return is built: the 0% / 9% bands and the main reliefs.
- Why the work belongs now, not the week before the deadline.
AED 150, and that's the whole cost.
Half-day live online workshop, delivered in Arabic, with all materials included.
Now fully online — no venue and no catering cost, so the seat price came down from AED 350 and the room is open to anyone in the region.
- The live half-day session with Mohamed Kandeil
- E-invoicing readiness checklist
- Corporate tax filing checklist
- Full slide deck, emailed the same day

Good to know
What language is it in?
Arabic throughout, with the English technical terms kept as they appear on the FTA portal — so what you hear matches what you'll see on screen when you file.
How do I join?
On Microsoft Teams. You don't need an account or the app — the link opens in a browser. It's sent once payment clears, and again the evening before.
Is the session recorded?
No — it runs live only. Every attendee gets the full slide deck and both checklists by email on the same day.
I'm new to both topics. Will I keep up?
Yes. Each part starts from first principles before going deeper, and there's a live clinic at the end for your own questions.
My business is under AED 50 million. Does e-invoicing still apply?
Yes, on a later timeline — Phase 2 brings in every business from 1 July 2027. The preparation work is the same; you simply have more runway.
How do I pay?
We send a secure payment link by WhatsApp after you register. Card payment, no account needed. A tax invoice is issued to your company on request.
Can I send more than one person from my team?
Yes — register each person separately so everyone gets their own link and certificate. For four or more seats, contact us about a team rate.
What if I can't attend after paying?
Tell us at least 48 hours before and we'll move your seat to the next run or refund it in full.
